ReThink Microschools is a K–12 private school in Gilbert, Arizona, designed for students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis who benefit from a smaller, structured academic environment.
WHO WE SERVE:
K–12 Students
Serving elementary, middle, and high school students.
Autism Diagnosis
Students must have an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis for enrollment.
Primarily Level 1 Supports
Our program is designed primarily for students who require Level I autism supports and can participate successfully in a small classroom with teacher support.
Maximum 8 Students Per Class
Small classes allow teachers to provide individualized instruction, stronger relationships, and more consistent support.
Academically Focused
ReThink is a private academic school—not an intensive therapeutic or behavioral program. Students participate in a structured curriculum designed to support academic growth, independence, and confidence.
Arizona ESA Accepted
Many ReThink families use Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account funds to help cover tuition.

If ReThink appears to be a good fit, complete the application and enrollment process.

Tuition and Fees
2026–27 Annual Tuition: $33,000 for Grades 1-12
2026-27 Kindergarten Annual Tuition: $16,500
Arizona ESA funding may be used toward eligible tuition costs. Award amounts vary by student, and our team can help families understand how ESA funding may apply.
2. Private-Pay
Payment schedule: four quarterly installments (July 1, October 1, January 1, April 1).
