Dr. George Martin
Dr. George Martin boasts an impressive 24-year career as an influential figure in the field of education. Hailing from a small town in central Illinois, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Teacher’s Education from Illinois State University. Subsequently, he pursued further academic endeavors, earning a master’s degree in educational administration specializing in curriculum and instruction, followed by a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University.
Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Martin has opened and reformed schools across the country, served as a secondary classroom teacher in various settings, showcasing his versatility in suburban and urban environments. His extensive administrative background includes roles such as Department Chair, Dean of Student Affairs, Executive Director of Education, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Martin's commitment to fostering inclusive and culturally responsive educational systems is evident in his dedication to professional development, recruitment and retention of staff, and creating enriching learning experiences for all students.

Denise Ripps. M.Ed.
Mrs. Ripps, a certified Administrator and K-12 Developmental Disabilities Instructor in Arizona, has an impressive educational background. She earned her certification in Administration from Xavier University and a Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Mrs. Ripps has served as an adjunct professor at Miami University of Ohio and Xavier University, where she has taught students with disabilities ranging from elementary to post high school levels. Additionally, she has held various administrative roles in elementary, junior high, and high school settings, including that of a Special Education Supervisor.
Mrs. Ripps is deeply committed to empowering her students to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. She believes in fostering active learning and skill development to equip them for success in an ever-evolving society. Collaboration, open communication, and the establishment of positive relationships with students, families, and staff are values that Mrs. Ripps holds dear. Through these principles, she strives to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
